【Job vacancy】Thermal Management System Engineer for Electric Vehicles
【Number of people required】1 person
【Work content】
- Planning, design, and documentation for the thermal management system of electric vehicles, including air conditioning, battery thermal management, and power system cooling.
- CFD analysis of the electric vehicle thermal management system, which includes air conditioning, battery thermal management, and power system cooling, involves the establishment of 1D models and the preparation of analysis result reports.
- Management of the selection, design, development, and verification of supplier component specifications.
- The design and execution of related tasks for vehicle assembly, operational point temperature rise testing, and benchmarking of temperature rise testing and analysis.
- Development of Derating Strategies for the Vehicle Thermal Management System
- Coordination with vendors of thermal management system analysis software.
【Recruitment conditions】
- Proficient in CAD tools, including NX CAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and Pro/ENGINEER.
- Experienced in engineering analysis software such as MATLAB, Simulink, ANSYS CFD, ANSYS Fluent, Altair CFD, MSC Cradle, and Siemens FloEFD.
- Familiar with operating instruments related to thermal management testing, including thermocouples, pressure gauges, and flow meters.
- Possess a comprehensive "system-level" design concept for heat dissipation, along with a fundamental understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and heat exchange.
- Passionate about automotive research and development, with a preference for experience in the electric vehicle manufacturing industry.
- Effective communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
- Proactively address a range of engineering challenges.
- More than 2 years of experience in thermal management-related work.
- A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- The field of study requirement must be related to electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, or vehicle engineering.
